Does the driver accept credit card or cash ?
Yes,our driver accepts payment in cash or with credit card. We accept all major credit cards .
Why online payment through Square Inc? Will I get receipt for my ride?
For our customer's privacy and security, we use Square Inc. to process the invoices. You will receive an invoice in an email on behalf of Imaan limousine through Square Inc. After paying the invoice you will receive a payment receipt in an email.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
Do you accept checks?
No, We only accept cash or major credit cards.
How many passengers and suitcases vehicle can accommodate?
Our lincoln town car can accommodate up to 4 passengers, 3 large suitcases + 2 carry on bags.
Our SUV can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 3 large suitcases + 2 carry on bags .
Our Lincoln Stretch limousine can accommodate up to 6 passengers and 3 large suitcases + 3 carry on bags .

What is the cancellation policy?
We know sometime circumstances can be beyond your control. Our cancellation policy is very flexible and we don't charge any cancellation fee. Whether you have made reservation online, or via our 206-696-4318 number, just give us 1 hour notice prior to your pickup time and we will give you a full refund. Refunds normally show up in your account within 3-5 business days. We cannot refund payment with less than 1 hour notice prior to scheduled pickup time or in the event of a no-show.
How will I know my car has arrived?
While making your reservation, please select" how would you like your driver to contact you". According to your preference your driver will contact you ( phone call or text). If you need to contact your driver you can always call us at (206)696-4318.
Does Imaan limousine offer corporate service ?
Yes, we can work with you to customize a travel program that best suites you and your employees.
Will your driver help me with my luggage ?
Yes, our chauffeurs are always happy to assist you with loading and unloading your luggage and other items .
Are there any additional or hidden fees?
There are no hidden charges and we show you your estimated total charges before you complete your car booking with Imaan Limousine.
Is gratuity included ?
You have option at the end of final booking summary, where you can add gratuity by fix gratuity option or you can add custom gratuity or no gratuity.
What other fee I might see on my final bill that was not on the booking conformation?
You will see a complete booking summery of your ride before you complete your reservation. However an additional amount can be added to your final bill if there are any additional stop, wait time or tolls charges.
How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?
We suggest reservations to be made 24 hours in advance. For last minute reservations, Please call us at 206-696-4318
Are you closed on any holidays?
No, As Seattle's premier ground transportation provider, we are open everyday.
What happens if my flight is early or delayed?
While you making your booking with Imaan limousine we ask you for flight information this information allows us to track your flight - so early or late when your flight arrives we will be there .We monitor your flight arriving at sea-tac airport. You do not need to call us if your flight is early or delayed. You do need to call us if your flight information changes (e.g., if you are bumped to a different flight or you miss your flight.
Do I need to put my child in a car seat ?
Laws vary by states, so you should know and comply with the legal requirement .
Do you provide child safety seats in your vehicles?
Yes, we provide child safety seats.You can reserve a child seat during the booking process,for an additional fee of $10.However, all of our vehicles are equipped with the proper seat belts, so you are also welcome to bring your own child seat.

What is Airport curbside pickup procedure.
If your travel starts from airport curbside is the standard place of pickup(Curbside).
Step 1.To save your time and for comfort, please call or text your driver once you land to standby.
Step 2. Please call or text your driver with Baggage claim exit door number once you have received all pieces of your luggage. Meet your driver outside of your airline’s baggage claim exit doors .
All exit doors are numbered for example Alaska airline exit door number 18 or exit door number 20 you can easily see exit door number at the top of each exit door . After receiving your call, your driver will move to the exit door number mentioned by you ( CURBSIDE) about 50 ft outside of your Luggage carousel . Please be aware that airport regulation require livery vehicles to remain in holding lot until we hear from the passenger, Please DON’T TAKE any sky bridges or elevators.if you need to call your driver please call or text at 206-696-4318.
What is Airport VIP meet & greet pickup procedure (Upon request).
If you've requested our VIP MEET & GREET service,as airport pickup then you don’t need to do anything else.This will give you complete comfort. Our driver will be waiting for you inside the baggage claim area by your airline luggage carousels, holding passenger's name sign and will help you with your luggage and take you to the car for a hassle free pick-up (best for guests & elderly).
What is Hotel or residence pickup procedure .
As per your booking, If your travel starts from your home, hotel or from any business location then your driver will inform you via text or phone call after reaching at your doorstep and will help you with your luggage.
In case you need to cancel your booking .
If you need to cancel your booking please send us your booking number that we send you right after your booking through email . please send us your cancellation request using or contact us page.
